Description

Job Purpose:

Provide professional and accountable service to our customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services in a manner that adheres to our commitment to safety, honesty and integrity.

Duties:

  • Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement
  • Ensure that all work is done by teams in a safe, efficient and productive manner
  • Accountable for having comprehensive understanding of billing process
  • Accountable for having comprehensive understanding of job/duties/goals/expectations of position
  • Performs work in a professional and safe manner
  • Installs, inspects, and services products within the industries we serve (mining, oil)
  • Delivers products to the industries we serve
  • Assists when needed at local warehouse (including managing inventory)
  • Works with Sales department to assure customer gets good service on products they purchase
  • Processes product orders from customers.  Completes necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns to assure equipment is repaired and customer or supplier is billed for product, services, and repairs
  • Builds customer and supplier relations
  • Other duties as assigned by division manager
  • May be cross-trained to work in other industries we serve
  • Travel Required: Yes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of equipment maintenance, automatic lubrication systems, mechanical background experience
  • Must have mining, dragline, automated lube system experience
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Good customer relations skills
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics and pumping equipment and repairs
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass ILCO pre-work screening (functionality and drug screening)
  • Obtain necessary MSHA/OSHA certification as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License and/or medical card if necessary

Preferred:

  • Technical degree
  • Strong computer skills
