Job Purpose:

        To provide professional and accountable service to our Railroad customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services in a manner that adheres to our commitment to safety, honesty and integrity.
  
Duties:

• Maintains, fills, inspect and repairs on-track lubricators
• Enters relevant service information into RR database system on a timely basis
• Builds relationships with customers and provides excellent customer service
• Assists in the planning of warehouse and truck inventory
• Accountable for time management, tracking and submission of proper paperwork for work performed and associated billing paperwork
• Operates and maintains service vehicles, tools, and other company equipment to ensure a safe work environment
• Team-oriented attitude in order to provide an efficient work environment
• Must actively lead a safety culture
• Travel and overnight stay are required for this position

Qualifications:
    Minimum

• High school diploma (technical or college degrees a plus)
• Must be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License
• Ability to obtain required certifications (NARC, ERail, Rules, etc.)
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions
• Strong mechanical and organizational skills
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings (background, functionality, driving record, drug test, etc.)

     ​Preferred

• Holder of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Previous railroad experience
• Strong computer skills
• Current holder of NARC, ERail, Rules certifications
