To provide professional and accountable service to our Railroad customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services in a manner that adheres to our commitment to safety, honesty and integrity.

To provide professional and accountable service to our Railroad customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services in a manner that adheres to our commitment to safety, honesty and integrity.
Duties:
- Maintains, fills, inspect and repairs on-track lubricators
- Enters relevant service information into RR database system on a timely basis
- Builds relationships with customers and provides excellent customer service
- Assists in the planning of warehouse and truck inventory
- Accountable for time management, tracking and submission of proper paperwork for work performed and associated billing paperwork
- Operates and maintains service vehicles, tools, and other company equipment to ensure a safe work environment
- Team-oriented attitude in order to provide an efficient work environment
- Must actively lead a safety culture
- Travel and overnight stay are required for this position
Qualifications:
Minimum
- High school diploma (technical or college degrees a plus)
- Must be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License
- Ability to obtain required certifications (NARC, ERail, Rules, etc.)
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions
- Strong mechanical and organizational skills
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings (background, functionality, driving record, drug test, etc.)
- Holder of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Previous railroad experience
- Strong computer skills
- Current holder of NARC, ERail, Rules certifications
