Job Purpose:
To manage and grow current construction, lubrication and mining customer base, as well as obtaining new customers in these markets.

To manage and grow current construction, lubrication and mining customer base, as well as obtaining new customers in these markets.
Duties:
- Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement.
- Develops and expands sales territory while maintaining customer relationships with current customers.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory.
- Manages customer base using CRM software.
- Provides weekly progress reports to Division Manager.
- Initiates marketing campaigns to target specific markets.
- Works with service staff to promote company service programs.
- Travel required: Yes
Minimum
- High School Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to make and adhere to time schedules.
- Strong sales aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Obtain necessary MSHA, OSHA, and RR certifications as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using CRM Software
- Experience in mining, lubrication and construction markets
- Experience in cold calling
