Description

Job Purpose:

Manage sales customers and initiate calls on new customers to develop sales territory.   

Duties:

·        Function within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement.

·        Develop and expand sales territory while maintaining customer relationships with current customers.

·        Responsible for maintain accurate inventory.

·        Provide CRM training for sales staff and monitor system usage.

·        Manage CRM system and provide sales information to Division Manager.

·        Initiate marketing campaigns to target specific markets.

·        Work with service staff to promote company service programs.

·        Travel required: Yes

 

Qualifications:

Minimum

·        High School Degree required.

·        Min. of 3 years sales experience.

·        Excellent verbal communication skills for customer interactions.

·        Basic computer skills.

·        Ability to make and adhere to time schedules.

·        Strong sales aptitude.

·        Valid Driver’s License.

·        Obtain necessary MSHA, OSHA, and RR certifications as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company.

Preferred

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Experience using CRM Software
