We are seeking qualified applicants for a Service Technician position to work in the Casper area. This position is responsible for providing service to our customers regarding lubrication, lubrication equipment and related products and services.

Qualifications include: high school diploma, ability to lift up to 70 lbs., ability to work in outdoor conditions, mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and the ability to obtain required certifications (we will pay for these).  Travel will be required.  We are willing to train the right individual.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

To provide service and delivery functions for customers in the mining, Industrial and railroad industries.

 

Duties:

·        Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement

·        Performs work in a professional and safe manner

·        Services pumps for railroad and mining equipment

·        Installs, inspects, and services automatic lubrication system on mobile and plant equipment

·        Performs lubrication service program at area mines (including product delivery)

·        Assists with mine shutdowns when needed

·        Assists when needed at local warehouse (including managing inventory)

·        Works with Sales department to assure customer gets good service on products they purchase

·        Processes product orders from mining customers. Completes necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns to assure equipment is repaired and customer or supplier is billed for product, services, and repairs

·        Processes warranty paperwork and returns so that equipment is repaired and ILCO is reimbursed for warranty problems

·        Builds customer and supplier relations

·        Other duties as assigned by division manager

Minimum Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Must be able to read, write, and have basic computer skills

·        Good customer relations skills

·        Working knowledge of pumping equipment and repairs

·        Valid MN Driver’s license and clean driving record

·        Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, ability to lift up to 70 pounds

·        Must be able to pass ILCO pre-work screening (functionality and drug screening)

·        Obtain necessary certifications as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company

·        Willingness and ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License and/or medical card if necessary

 

Preferred:

·        Field service experience

·        Experience repairing lube pumps

·        Technical degree
