Job Purpose:
To provide support to employees and customers in the warehouse operations.

To provide support to employees and customers in the warehouse operations.
Duties:
- Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement
- Performs work in a professional and safe manner
- Assists all staff as necessary to provide an efficient operation
- Maintains a professional, organized, safe and clean warehouse, inside and outside
- Answers phone calls and communicates messages to appropriate staff
- Assists with loading and unloading trucks as instructed by supervisor
- Assists when needed with managing warehouse inventory
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and have basic computer skills
- Good customer relations skills
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass ILCO pre-work screening (functionality and drug screening)
- Obtain necessary certification as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company.
