Description

Job Purpose: Enhances Managers’ effectiveness by providing information management support; performing administrative duties, and representing the Manager while meeting with others.

Duties:

·        Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and Mission Statement

·        Screens calls, manages calendars, manages daily e-mail correspondence

·        Schedules and coordinates meetings, events and travel arrangements

·        Creates support documentation - Word processing, spreadsheets and assists with power-point presentations

·        Prepares reports and sensitive data, filing, and faxing

·        Processes expense reports, coordinates the submission of proposals, tracks project progress, maintains division database records

·       Establishes and maintains excellent vendor and customer relations

·        Travel required:  No

Qualifications:

Minimum

·        High School Diploma

·        Excellent verbal communication skills for inter-office and customer interactions

·        Advanced computer skills, including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet research

·        Ability to handle sensitive matters and materials

·        Ability to make and adhere to time schedules

·        Strong organizational skills

Preferred

·        2-4 years’ administrative assistance experience

·        2-4 years’ Microsoft Office experience
