Job Purpose:
Directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and day-to-day operations of service personnel within a company division, including preventative, reactive, investigative and corrective maintenance activities. Represents ILCO concerning projects to the customer.

Directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the activities and day-to-day operations of service personnel within a company division, including preventative, reactive, investigative and corrective maintenance activities. Represents ILCO concerning projects to the customer.
Duties:
- Functions within the guidelines of ILCO’s philosophy and actively supports mission, vision and values
- Supervises service personnel, which includes prioritizing and assigning work, training of staff, day-to-day supervision, ensuring employees follow policies and procedures, maintaining a healthy and safe working environment, hires, evaluates and conducts disciplinary actions of service personnel in coordination with Division Manager
- Ensures good communication between service department and manager, sales, and administrative staff
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with manager, sales, and administrative staff
- Develops strong relationships with customers in order to establish and maintain constructive and profitable business partnerships, seeking efficiencies for customer
- Continually seeks opportunities for sales of ILCO’s products and services
- Analyzes problems, identifies alternative solutions, projects consequences of proposed actions and implements recommendations in support of goals
- Ensures delivery of high-quality performance of service and installations
- Ensures safety standards are met
- Ensures paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepares work schedule, approves time cards and time off requests
- Achieves quarterly performance goals as negotiated with division manager to align with divisional revenue goals
- Other duties as assigned by division manager

Minimum
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 5 years of service experience
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Solid analytical and technical skills
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate and direct projects
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong customer focus
- Outstanding sense of team spirit
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications as required. Required certifications will be paid for by company.
Preferred:
- 10 years of service experience
- College or trade school degree
- Previous leadership experience
